I have donated, but I'm still being asked for a donation. What do I do?
If you've paid by eCheck, then you'll have to wait until the payment is cleared. This can be up to several business days, and there is no way to expedite the process. Once we have notice, then your account will be marked accordingly.
If your payment has cleared and you're still receiving the request, you must sign in first. This is the only way that our system can know who you are.
I selected High quality on my conversion but the audio quality is still poor
When our software scrapes the audio out of your FLV file that audio can only be equal to the quality of the video. So if you select a low quality video your audio quality will be poor even if you select a high quality conversion
Does your website support Mp4 conversions?
Our software has the ability to convert video to Mp4, however this feature will only be available in our member area. Our member area product launch will be later this Year!
What FLV file types do you support?
Currently we support Youtube, Google video, Yahoo video and Flickr video. All of these video types can be converted to Mp3
Why would I want to add my email address?
Although we have dedicated servers sometimes the demand is so high for our service a high definition or high quality video can take a little longer to convert. We give you the option to input your email so we can email you when your file is converted to Mp3. We will email you the download link to your file
How do I convert Youtube to Mp3?
We have made this process as simple as possible. Simply go to one of the supported video sites. Search for the video you would like to convert. Copy the URL of the video and paste it into our converter, then click convert
How can I share my file with someone else?
After your file has been converted we give you the option of sharing the file with a friend by entering their email address. We will email them the download link
How long is my file available for download?
This varies depending on server load but we try to make your file available for 12 hours. However this may not be the case if we are at a peak demand

While trying to convert a video I got a message saying invalid user name. What does this mean?
There are some videos that Youtube will not allow you to view unless you are logged in to their system. Our member area is currently under development but will include all features associated with being logged in to Youtube. You will be able to convert those videos once you're a part of our member community.
